What you bring

You have at least three years of experience as a property manager or in real estate management, and you know VME legislation inside out. You feel at home in front of a room: you chair meetings with authority and calm. You work in a structured way, take initiative, and embrace technology.

Your tasks

• Supervising our AI agents that run the day-to-day management of your VME portfolio.
• Reviewing and correcting AI proposals before they go out to owners and suppliers.
• Chairing general assemblies, the human work AI will never take over.
• Stepping into complex files where the AI gets stuck and your expertise makes the difference.
• Giving feedback that makes our AI smarter every week.

As a lift expert at Sebas you watch over every lift installation in our portfolio. You follow up inspections, maintenance and modernisations and are the technical link between VMEs, lift companies and inspection bodies. Our software gives you a clear overview of every installation.

What you bring

You have a technical background and experience with lift installations at a lift company, inspection body or as a technical manager. You know the applicable standards and regulations, communicate clearly with non-technical people and like working in a structured, independent way.

• Supervising AI agents that follow up lift inspections, maintenance and repairs.
• Technically validating and correcting AI analyses and quote comparisons.
• Site supervision during modernisations, checking the physical reality AI cannot see.
• Solving complex technical files where human expertise is required.
