In principle, we only collect personal data that you voluntarily provide to us, for example when you register as a co-owner, participate in the general meeting or contact our customer service.

We use your personal data exclusively for: (i) the performance of our legal tasks as property manager; (ii) communication about the management of the co-ownership; (iii) sending messages via WhatsApp, subject to your consent; (iv) sharing contact details with other co-owners within the same building, unless you opt out.

We do not use your data for direct marketing without your prior consent. You can always unsubscribe by contacting us via beheer@mysebas.be.

5. Sharing of data

Your data is only shared with: – co-owners within the same building (opt-out possible); – service providers working on our behalf; – competent government authorities if legally required.
