Urgent help

For technical problems or damage: follow the steps below and always send us photos.

Common parts

Problems with common parts fall under the VME. The property manager executes the decisions of the general meeting and coordinates repairs.

Private parts

Damage or defects in private parts are in principle the responsibility of the individual owner/resident, unless it concerns the community.

Help! Our elevator is not working

Report breakdowns best directly to the maintenance company of your elevator (contact details and elevator number are posted in the elevator). You can also email us via beheer@mysebas.be, but this may cause some delay.

For limited damage, we take protective measures. Structural problems we present to the VME.
